## Review: The "Death Note" is so tremendous!!! It's so suspenseful that it will keep you wondering: What will be the next?!! And you'll be surprised with a twist! Believe it or not, every single episode has a twist!! This is the best anime I've ever watched. Every single thing in this anime is amazing, whether it's character, soundtrack, or animation.

When you're watching it, the effect of background music means a lot; it just adds a feel to it, and you'll enjoy it even more. And the animation—I didn't expect it to be so good as it was made in 2006–2007, but it was better than I expected it to be. Its visuals were unique and creative. I can't say it was very realistic, but it was good. The concept was very unique; you can say that it's a mixture of fictional and real concepts.

It's basically the story of a hardworking high school student who is bored of hearing what's happening around the world: thefts, assaults, murders, and crimes. He wants to get rid of all of this, and then he finds a magical notebook that makes people die. He wants to be the God of a new world with no evil. It is a journey for him with his notebook to the end of the rotten world.

(He thinks so.) He's so motivated, and he has a clear goal for what he has to do. Many obstacles came in his way, but he overcame them because he always has backup plans (and that's the best thing about him!) He'll eliminate everything that comes in his way. He's so clever, and his foe is also like him; that's why it's interesting. And whenever he wins, his eyes become red, and he gives a dominant smile.

Sometimes you'll start to hate him because of his deeds but end up liking him. If you are interested in crime, thrillers, physics, and suspense, you'll surely love it. There are many jaw-dropping moments in this whole series. It'll make you think, "What just happened?" The story is very interesting and will make you hold on to its end.

Sometimes, you'll think the story is so tangled, it's confusing (especially in the middle part), but later, when you come to finish it, you'll know everything: "Oh, so this is it!" There are some funny moments too, as there are a few funny characters in it. If you understand it's psychology, it's way more interesting. So overall, it's totally worth watching; I'll rate it 10/10. I really loved it. It's the best. You'll feel emotions too if you watch it with all your mind and heart.

And you'll remember it by heart forever. This is simply the greatest anime I’ve ever watched. When it comes to anime, I usually don’t watch much. But somehow, Death Note breaks every regular anime trope and creates suspense and exciting new twists and turns in pretty much every episode; it forces you to pay attention and grasp what’s going on all the time.

The two main characters rivalry is so spectacularly portrayed as one-on-one that even when the two are surrounded by other people, the show somehow manages to single them out as two great minds fighting against each other. Although it’s short, being only one season long, it has a reason for that. Death Note doesn’t really need to be that long; the one season somehow satisfies you and raps up the story in a neat and fulfilling way.

I literally watched it in about 3 days because I couldn’t keep my eyes off it. I highly recommend this show to people who want to be entertained, but personally, I don’t think everyone will like it. That’s just with every piece of media, though, but still, at the very least out of the 37 episodes, watch the first one or two to see if you get hooked.
